1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Rockstar Developer University website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on Rockstar Developer University's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Rockstar Developer University at any time.
3. User Accounts

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Program Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Enrollment
Enrollment in our programs is subject to acceptance by Rockstar Developer University. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion.
4.2 Payment Terms
All fees are due as specified in your enrollment agreement. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your enrollment agreement. Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rockstar Developer University and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for User Content that you post to the Service.
By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media.
You agree that your User Content will not:
- Violate any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
- Contain libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material
- Contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Be used to harass, abuse, or harm other users
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service:

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
8. Disclaimer
The materials on Rockstar Developer University's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Rockstar Developer University makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Rockstar Developer University does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
9. Limitations
In no event shall Rockstar Developer University or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Rockstar Developer University's website, even if Rockstar Developer University or a Rockstar Developer University authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
